Kona Sunset Villa is a newly remodeled, private ocean-view luxury villa, located in the exclusive gated and 24/7 guarded community of Keauhou Estates, on the Kona coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Keauhou Estates wraps around a 36-hole championship golf course and is ideally located just minutes away from ocean beaches, shopping, dining, golf, and entertainment. This villa features a floor plan that allows guests to retreat to private bedroom suites on opposite ends of the house.

Sunset Villa is an intimate luxury retreat ideal for up to six guests in a hill-top penthouse-like property featuring great privacy with dramatic views of the ocean, sunsets, and the night-time lights of Kona.

In addition, Sunset Villa enjoys views of Mt. Hualulai and occasionally, Maui. The floor plan offers two master suites located at opposite ends of the home which afford maximum guest privacy.The home features a separate media room/third bedroom with a custom made, carved teak Murphy bed.

The owner has lived full time in Sunset Villa for a number of years; furnishing and equipping the home accordingly.
